Heh, well, if we were talking about the entire world then the Chinese cities would get most of the cake. Because Moscow, even though it has most commieblocks in Europe, also has a big historical part which is somewhat untouched. Many Chinese cities are new and very dense. They do have historical cities too, which are very cool.
Anyway, to tell you the truth Vilnius doesn't have that many commieblocks :tongue:

No, Sao Paulo has a lot of skyscrapers in the center, most of them office buildings or apartments for the rich. But most of the people live in houses. That's how most of SP looks like:

There are the so-called Cingapuras, commieblocks that replace the favelas - the people still can live in their neighbourhood but not anymore in shacks but in in blocks with full infrastructure. The biggest project at the moment is Parque do Gato close to the center:

Depends how you define commieblock. In Brazil the big condominios are for the upper class, and not like in Europe for the poor. There are the cingapuras which are social flats for the poor which replace the favelas in sito, but most of them are not built yet.

Got more, taken from Suntec City's rooftop deck hosted on SSC image host, which is down. I would find them when the server is up again.

I don't think I would choose either Moscow or Singapore. For me the best commieblock city is one which consist for the biggest part of commieblocks, so it's about the percentage, not the absolute number. In this respect I think those 'forgotten' cities in Russia, North Korea or China have a big chance.

Pyongyang is first...Not only is it a ton of commieblocks...but half of them were built only to never be filled. Those pictures show so many buildings that are practically empty...NK is a scary quiet place...
