Another tacky design c/o SM. They have all the funds in this world to develop a truly iconic tall building landmark but can't seem to make one.

All their condo developments are generic and unimpressive but still, its something to be proud about, nonetheless.

Honestly, I think that's a dilemma SMDC is facing right now, it might compete with their own project.

I would prefer this than Jazz.. Anyway, AlphaLand and Lerato would be having commercial establishments right in front. Location is far better!

They should really impose height restrictions on bland boring condos like these.

No, not by Ayala, it's by Burgundy.
The reason why the lot is already excavated is that it was originally for The Marquee,
a triple-tower residential development by Burgundy Realty Corporation...

gaping hole waiting for another project or the resumption of that project.

Almost a decade after that, it seems SMDC took over to save the day.

they already removed the "A" letter on the top of that building. I think naisip nila na panget yun, sana SMDC din. :)

sana bilhin na nang SMDC yung buong lote na yun behind the Makati Central Fire Station..malaki-laking din yun at least more amenitites will be added sa Air Residences..

OT: yung parking lot pala beside ng Burgundy Corporate Tower..i-develop na rin sana but not as a condominium but as an office space/hub..

Im doing this on behalf of someone (family) who is on the brink of deciding to getting a unit on Jazz or Light recidences...(well actually im kinda involve in this)...units sizes/units offered/ ammenities...pricing...etc....or is it too early...nothings been launched right?

wala pa naman its not for me...but for a family...they were originally looking at Light Residences....but have been considering Jazz instead...but I want to know more about Air residences as much...(2br)...WE only really looked at a 1br in Light...more likely for investment purposes....:)

Yes Roy..some project names to be use are..fame in mandaluyong, joy in bucutan shore in MOA, breeze in Manila, tree in cainta, air in makati which is originally in Baguio..all are related with nature

from one of the top floors of belton, i saw an empty lot alloted for this project - sobrang laki! i wonder how many hectares kaya iyon.. easily around 2 hectares siguro.

Any updates? Has SM actually bought the property? The fence around the property still doesn't have a name posted.

Did SMDC buy the entire Marquee property of Burgundy-PLDT or just part of it? The adjacent lot, which is probably the remaining Marquee property, is also fenced but not excavated.
