Hey Ramki

This specific Forum ( Brasil Geral) is not the best spot for this question.. maybe that is the reason for no answer yet....

I guess you could try ask in those foruns: Boteco (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=464), where we talk about no subject specific,
or this one: A resenha, notícias do RN (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1422470) that is about news from Rio Grande do Norte, the state where Pipa is situated.

I translate your post in Portuguese, should be something like this:

Any further help just let me know.

No one reads this subforum. You´d better post it on "boteco".

Btw, Real Estates were always a good and safe investment in Brasil. If you are buying something to resell, the prices are at peak right now, not that good situation to invest; if want to rent to someone, the payback will take a long time.
