Forumi Prishtina ka shume pak tema dhe aty ne temen Prishtina Projektet jan perzier krejt me nje vend spo ka mbikqyrje.

Nejse e shohim n'qofse prap nderprehen punimet mund te bashkojm temen prap me Prishtina Projektet.

Po po, e di qe ja kane fillu punet serish. Ama, ky projekt nuk e ka vendin aty. Objekti eshte projektu te jete me i madh se Rilindja (tash - ndertesa e Qeverise aty karshi), ndersa parcela e tokes ku ndertohet eshte 1000 m2 - nja 30 ose 40 here me e vogel se parcela e Rilindjes. Dhe shfrytezushmenia e parceles per kete projekt eshte 100%.
Nese i lejohet ketij objekti me u ndertu 20+ kate, me çfare te drejte komuna mundet mos me i leju parcelat kojshi mos me ndertu asi lartesie? E nese i lejon komuna edhe kojshite ashtu me ndertu, a e ki idene se ne çka do te shnderrohet ai vend?

Shume eshte me mire qe ska shume tema sepse humbet fokusi dhe koha e anetareve nga gjerat me te rendesishme.

Hapja e temave si ne threadin e Tiranes per gjithcka e ckado eshte nje hap i gabueshem qe ne nuk duhet ta perserisim ne kete thread. Kualiteti dhe jo kuantiteti duhet te jete qellimi.

Temat duhet te hapen vetem per ato projekte qe me te vertete jane te medhenj dhe/apo kane nje vlere te vecante arkitektonike per qytetin.

Une sdi cka hapet teme e posaqme. Nese e shiqoni objektin tani, e kuptoni se Komuna nuk ja ka dhene leje per me qite ma shume kate. Ata jane duke e perfundu objektin, mbrenda edhe jasht ne ate madhesi qe ka mbrritur. Se di dikund 6-7 kate...

What the fuck are you talking about? The picture Buki posted is from all the NEW CONSTRUCTION, including this shitty little alley they call a "street".

The area by the city park used to very well-organized and had mostly 1-story houses with cute little gardens.

It's nobody's fault that these animals calling themselves real estate developers are so fucking hungry for money that they'll destroy any part of the city so long as they can make a profit.

your right i dont have great knowledge about our history im no historian but u cannot hide the fact that we where held back for hundreds of years by different empires, until recently we where kept alive by family members in different countries. and you are right they are animals but you would of done the same thing if u lived there at the start of the countries freedom, its more or less the fault of the officials in charge of law and order in every aspect of the those words. only now are they pressing down on these laws and enforcing them more strictly, im sorry if i offended or miss informed anybody especially serbs or turks in the forum but you my friend is acting like a fool!

granitm5, Prishtina was never built as a true capital city during socialist Yugoslavia for two main reasons:

1. Because Prishtina had a relatively small number of inhabitants at that time (aprox. 150,000-200,000) and
2. Because Serbs did not want Prishtina to have the identity or the charm (that translates to wide boulevards, tall buildings, huge city squares etc.) of a capital city like those in other republics of exyu due to their twisted political ideology.

This is why, when you compare Prishtina to, for example, Skopje you notice a huge dis-balance in terms of infrastructure development and overall urban sense but this does not mean Prishtina was not built as a modern city especially during it's construction peak in the 70s and 80s.

After the war of 1999, some Prishtina officials tried to stop the urban massacre that started to take haste but they were ruthlessly pressed down, threatened, fired and even killed like was the case with Prishtina's chief architect Mr. Rexhep Luci in 2000, may he rest in peace.

We could discuss for hours if not days about Prishtina's development as a city... it had it's bright days but it also had it's dark days, while any "empire" that controlled it tried to put it's stamp on it, some turned out to be good and some were horrible.

But in any way, from 2006 and on, you can notice a substantial move towards the positive and, if you are objective, you can easily identify that Prishtina is on the right track since. There are, and most likely, there will always be problems but Prishtina today is in much better shape than, for example, 4 or 5 years ago. As the simplest proof to that would be to look at SC Prishtina construction thread and compare projects that were current in 2006 with those today and you'll notice a huge quality and quantity jump between now and than.

regarding what i said u just made a great example with skopje that i may have not of put into great words, that was my exact point though, if we where a nation since the 40's or 50's we would of defiantly have had everything u mentioned, and yes it is alot better off then 2006 i can agree with you on everything u said along with lumi, and we are one the right track thats defiantly true and its only going to get better from now, i wish u a wonderfull day and successful week.
