wesunsled November 3rd, 2011, 04:25 AM ang daming projects ng cityland no?
tita01 November 3rd, 2011, 09:25 AM oo nga sana palitan nila ung design glassy naman :)
cherrytickles November 3rd, 2011, 02:37 PM Hehe mas mura ang cement than glass. Plus they need to pay additional fee for re-design ng building. Knowing citiland isang building design lng re-use it 10 times =))
watcher09 November 3rd, 2011, 03:35 PM So this is the 2nd? Or the 3rd Cityland in Bocobo area?
tita01 November 4th, 2011, 10:26 AM pinag haharian na ng xcitylan ung maynila :)
watcher09 November 4th, 2011, 11:22 AM pinag haharian na ng xcitylan ung maynila :)
Makati rin and Ortigas area. Actually, there are more Cityland buildings in Makati than anywhere else.
ang labor ay 30% sa actual cost This is interesting care to explain^^
wesunsled November 4th, 2011, 04:44 PM per square foot yun ha, 12 inch ang haba at 12 inch ang lapad at 1/2 inch ang kapal
halimbawa.............
16 feet (5 meters) ang lapad at 8 feet ang taas (2.5 meters) = 128 square foot(12.5 sqm)
multiply by 35 pesos = P4,480 plus P1,344(30% labor cost) = P 5,824.00
wesunsled November 4th, 2011, 04:48 PM ngayun kong...
gagawa ka na full glass exterior house at ang sukat ay 32 feet by 32 feet or 10 meters by 10 meters
1,024 square foot yun multiply by 35 =P 35,840 plus P10,752 ang labor or P46,592

InfinitiFX45 June 6th, 2012, 01:06 AM CityLand completes project :applause:
by by Lailany P. Gomez | Manila Standard Today | Wednesday | Posted June 6th, 2012
City and Land Developers Inc. said Tuesday it will turn over condominium units of its Ermita project to buyers a year ahead of schedule.
Cityland said in a disclosure to the stock exchange it completed the Manila Residences Bocobo, which is now available for awarding to buyers.
“The project’s early completion is in line with the company’s continuous commitment to its large number of clientele, many of whom are repeated buyers. Unit owners can now move in, save in rentals and high cost of transportation or they can lease out their units for additional income and earn an early return of investment,” Cityland said.
Manila Residences Bocobo is a 34-story commercial, office and residential condominium project in Ermita, Manila.
It is located near shopping malls, school, churches and hospitals. Amenities include swimming pool, children’s playground, gym, multi-purpose deck, function room and 24-hour association security to provide comfort and convenience.

waks13 June 6th, 2012, 03:51 AM Guys, How much a sq mtr unit cost for this this project ?
nez June 6th, 2012, 04:09 AM ^^ yes, a year ahead of schedule. this is what makes repeat-buyers happy with cityland. also, the rental rate is just the right price for bpo workers. i think cityland offers one of the best, if not the best, roi in the rental market considering their advance deliveries. that is, if you bought pre-sell and paid cash.
