Looks like there are plans for a 6 storey block of student flats on the old Libertys pub site at Longlands ,this site has been empty for some time and is need of redevelopment, altough i think its a bit too far from the University imo for student flats.

I think Teesside Uni are always trying build new buildings. They must be running out of room in the town centre. Any available land is already earmarked for various building projects. I mean they're trying to close Southland Road (I think that's the road) to build a new building.

Anyway, it's a lovely looking building. It's looks a bit like Linthorpe Hall and is a similar shape to parts of BoHo.
