Yes, presently Ideal exotica foundation work & pilling is going on as per website.

Regd the other complex, no idea. I think ur referring to the one beside NAM Complex. I had seen it shaping up nicely about a few months back, probably around 12 stories high.

^^yes, this is pure royalty in the heart of the city. :cheers:Could see the construction from the 1st floor of the Zyka restaurant across the street. The only concern being the railway tracks are too close to the property boundary and one cannot escape the horns of the EMU or engines chugging along. I could see a decent frequency of trains during the one hour I was there at the restaurtant.
