nice thread.
This project is huge, however i must say the designs arent appealing to me. They look a bit too 'Mayan.' the designers would have to try very hard to get a worse colour scheme than that.
The tower looks allright though.

^^ It looks more like Marina Bay project in Singapore...and is being done by Arabtec...the same company which built Burj Khalifa...so yes its gaining quite a momentum here..

Who cares if it's Arabic, its so damn huge. Could they not make it 2 or 3 towers?

But still good to see another almost 200m tower in the NCR.

This project does have a very strong islamic facade - all those arches seem to be very amplified. There's nothing wrong with that - except it gives an impression of a grandiose mosque.

Agree with you completely. This project is absolutely hideous. A typical example of "Disneyland Theme Park Architecture". What kind of an idiotic architect mixes up Mayan pyramids with Islamic architecture and puts them in and knowing Raheja's track record in Mumbai, it's probably going to turn out far more uglier than in the renders.


Raheja should stick to building their ugly skyscrapers in mumbai and leave Delhi alone.

For the record, Raheja Developers is building this project.

The ones in Mumbai are K Raheja Corp (Vivarea), Raheja Universal (Legend, Atlantis, Excelsior, Platinum etc) and K Raheja Constructions. The promoters of these 3 are related to each other. Then there's another B Raheja Group that is now called Advantage Raheja which is based out of Mumbai but has most of its projects in Bangalore.
