Does anybody have street level pictures of the new downtown Los Angeles or know where to find some?

what is the new downtown los angeles?

I am talking about area right behind the historic section that has tallest buildings in Los Angeles like the Library Tower and the Aon Center.

I have heard it referred to as the new downtown, it even is on that site, which has alot of pictures and some historic photos and info etc.

Also since this IS a picture request thread, does anyone have any pictures of Van Nuys Bl. in Van Nuys, Warner Center, or other urban valley areas?
