What I understand is there are some serious concerns in this project

1.The Bollineni Hillside project (BHS) is located approx 3.5 Kms from OMR. The road from SatyaBhama University Junction to the tsunami colony bus terminus is a Govt. Approved 60 ft wide road. BHS.DLF residants and people from Tsunami colony and Tamilanadu slum clearance board apartment dwellers all will have to use this road. Would be too much congested

2. Tsunami colony and massive Tamilnadu slum clearance board housing are located nearby. The problems of kannagi nagar in Thoraipakkam may occur here.

3.ASI approval issues are there in certain blocks of the project

It wud've been massive if all those residences were 4 times taller...:bash:

I was under the impression that we already had a thread for this project.

They have MSBs (19 Floors max) , Stilt + 4 floors and villas.

But Construction is going on at a good pace unlike other projects in the vicinity.r2i forums members are dead scared of their own shadows.I find them harbouring doubts on most of the chennai residential projects but their other cities counterparts are more optimistic and confident in their city projects.

Nice photos Murlee, May be i need to change my mindset after seeing the photos, After reading so many issues about Bollineni project, I have really developed a different mind set earler. The execution looks good

Is it true that few blocks of this project were not allowed for construction as they fall under Archaeological Survey of India?
