Du 27 octobre au 14 novembre, le Pavillon de l’Arsenal à Paris dévoile le futur visage de la capitale Lombarde :

18 projets publics et privés réalisés par des architectes du monde entier, représentant une surface totale de 8 millions de m2.

C’est la première fois que le Pavillon de l’Arsenal accueille sur 600 m2 une exposition prospective d’une telle ampleur, consacrée à une grande ville étrangère. Les maquettes, vidéos, dessins, rendus et photos présentent des types d’interventions différents : de la restauration d’édifices symboliques de la ville (comme la Scala) à la réhabilitation et reconversion en quartiers résidentiels de friches industrielles, en passant par des projets de valorisation d’espaces verts ou encore la création de nouveaux pôles fonctionnels et de services pour les Milanais. Un architecte sera là pour guider les visiteurs dans ce parcours.

Produite par la Fondazione Fiera Milano en partenariat avec la Région Lombardie et la Ville de Milan, cette exposition sera prochainement présentée à Berlin et à Londres. Parmi les grands projets urbains et architecturaux, la requalification du quartier historique de la Foire de Milan concerne à elle seule une zone de 255.000 m2. Le concours a été remporté en juillet 2004 par un groupe d’opérateurs (assureurs, constructeurs, développement immobilier) réunit sous le nom de Citylife. Le symbole fort de cette transformation sera la réalisation de trois tours, signées Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki et Daniel Libeskind.

Sinon, voila que la course entre les villes mondiales prend une dimension de plus en plus architecturale. Les symboles de modernité, d'innovations passent aussi par ces grandes tours. Milan est dans la course !

Milan l'a toujours été je pense... A une époque, je trouve que la tour Pirelli était ce qui se faisait de mieux dans son genre...

Ce que je voulais dire, c que la dimension symbolique de l'archi devenait un outil de marketing en ces temps de concurrence métropolitaine. Milan a bcp d'atout bien sûr, mais jusqu'à présent cette dimension n'était pas mise en avant par cette municipalité.

Bien peu de villes en Europe auront chamboulé leur centre-ville de cette façon pour y ériger des gratte-ciels, mais il est vrai, on l'oublie svt, que Milan a été avant-gardiste, elle est une des capitales du désign industriel et de la mode aussi, ne l'oublions pas.
La ville n'a jamais été Rome, et c'est un avantage quand on veut y expérimenter une architecture nouvelle. Qqpart Milan fait un peu penser à Londres dans cette tendance forte de renouveau urbain. Ces projets m'intéressent bcp, j'espère que qqn d'entre vous ira au Pavillon et nous fera un compte-rendu qui le fait bien ;) :)

je pens que comparer Milan à Paris ou Londres c'est absurde. sûr, il y a beaucoup de projets au sujet de Milan, mais la ville n'a jamais été une capitale, elle n'a pas des architectures monumentales comme Paris, sinon le Dome et le Château seulement, et Paris a la Defense!!! soit dans le vieux et dans le moderne, Paris défait Milan. Paris est une des villes les plus belles au monde, Milan est plutôt laide. il faut plus que quelques tours EDF pour faire de Milan un symbole d'architecture innovatif a niveau mondial.
Paris et Londres ne doivent pas avoir peur de perdre leur suprématie continentale pendant beaucoup de décennies au venir...

C'est encore plus grave que ce que je ne pensais. On peut s'extasier sur ces projets, oui ? ou sommes nous passibles d'une amende pour extase trop forte et traitrise envers Paris ou Londres?

par exemple, les équipes de football, l'élégance milanaise dans la rue je pense aucune ville en fait autant, la scala de milan, la superbe galerie couverte à côté du duomo y en a pas une comme ça à paris, la cathédrale de milan est la 2ème au monde après st-pierre de rome pour la superficie et puis milan est aussi la ville au monde où on trouve le plus d'italiens ......et de portables au m2

La plupart des villes européennes ont de beaux et grands projets "identitaires", de nouveaux monuments...je pense que l'Espagne a initié le mouvement avec Barcelone, Séville, Bilbao et dernièrement Valence... Il faut avouer que là Milan a de beaux projets en vue.

Je vais jouer la carte de l'originalité en disant que moi aussi j'adore ce projet!!!!
Elles sont trop belles ces trois tours aux formes peux communes. Surtout celle du milieu a moitié penchée vers l'avant!

D'ailleurs je remarque que la cage d'ascenseur, escalier et tout se dresse derrière l'immeuble.
Ce qui m'amène a posé la question suivante: Est-ce possible que les ascenseurs dans un building monte comme à la tour Effeil, par exemple, de façon pencher en épousant la forme de l'édifice?

Une vague de verre déferle sur Milan

Le 2 avril 2005 sera inauguré le nouveau pôle d’exposition de la Foire de Milan : une structure imposante de 530.000 m2 construite en un temps record. Fil conducteur de ce projet signé Fuksas : une vague de verre de 1.300 m suspendue entre ciel et terre.

Pour commencer, sa réalisation s’effectue en suivant le modèle du General Contractor, une procédure nouvelle en Italie qui vise à éliminer les contentieux entre qui projette, qui dirige et qui effectue les travaux. Cela permet également d’accélérer les délais et d’obtenir des coûts et une qualité de construction plus sûrs. Dans le cas présent, la société Nuovo Polo Fieristico (NPF) est le General Contractor. Et son investissement est de 750 millions d’euros.

Impossible d’aborder ce chantier - l’une des plus grandes oeuvres d’ingénierie civile en cours de construction en Europe - sans évoquer ses dimensions et les quantités de matériaux employées. Véritable morceau de ville - libéré par le démontage d’une ancienne raffinerie de pétrole - la nouvelle Foire de Milan s’étend sur une superficie de 120 hectares, avec un périmètre de 5 km dans lequel sont compris les espaces d’exposition (530.000 m2 couverts, 60.000 m2 extérieurs), les maxi-parkings (20.000 places), les espaces verts et services complémentaires (180.000 m2).

Originaires de 56 pays différents, les 1.800 ouvriers et autres 200 techniciens, ingénieurs, géomètres... ont mis en oeuvre l’équivalent de 10 Tours Eiffel en acier (77.000 tonnes provenant principalement de chez Arcelor) et de 20 buildings de 20 étages en surface vitrée (200.000 m2). Ils ont aussi coulé 400.000 m3 de béton et déroulé 2.500 km de câbles électriques (3 fois la longueur de l’Italie). La première pierre a été posée le 2 octobre 2002, et aujourd’hui, 95% de la structure est achevée.

L’architecte italien, Massimiliano Fuksas, indiquait récemment lors une conférence au Pavillon de l’Arsenal qu’il recevait des photos du chantier deux fois par jour, car la physionomie des bâtiments pouvait évoluer au cours d’une même journée. Le plan général de la Foire se compose donc de 8 gigantesques pavillons (chacun pouvant contenir la place Saint-Pierre de Rome) - reliés entre eux par un axe central de circulation de 1.300 m de long (la «Voile») - et d’un édifice destiné à la direction et aux services (le «Logo»).

Le pavillon type, sans étages intermédiaires, est de forme rectangulaire et mesure 164 m par 224. Seuls 12 piliers internes supportent sa structure en acier (3.600 tonnes) et les deux lanterneaux de forme elliptique (90 tonnes) qui caractérisent sa toiture (revêtement : plaques de tôle en aluminium). Les façades sont constituées d’éléments préfabriqués en béton armé ou de panneaux en acier inoxydable (gris ou orange).

Dans ce bardage inox se reflète l’un des symboles de la nouvelle Foire de Milan : la «Voile». La «Voile» est un ouvrage d’ingénierie complexe (longueur : 1.300 m ; largeur : 32 m, hauteur maximum : 23 m) qui protège un parcours piétonnier situé à 6,50 m au-dessus du sol. La couverture en verre (47.000 m2), soutenue par des colonnes arborescentes en acier, ondule dans une succession de collines et de cratères, caressant les volumes architecturaux indépendants qui viennent s’y nicher.

Mais le véritable «Logo» de ce chantier apparaît dans le hall du Centro Servizi. L’armature est sensiblement la même que pour la «Voile» avec des profilés métalliques venant se greffer sur des noeuds, mais cette fois la vague de verre est qualifiée d’«océanique». La structure s’élève jusqu’à 36 m pour former une coupole, puis redescend jusqu’au sol pour former un cratère vitré.

A noter enfin, que le déplacement de la Foire de Milan , de son quartier historique vers l’extérieur de la ville, va permettre une importante intervention de requalification urbaine sur une superficie d’environ 444.000 m2. Toujours appartenant à la Fiera di Milano, les deux tiers de cette surface ont fait l’objet d’un concours international, remporté le 2 juillet 2004 par le groupe CityLife (budget : 523 millions d’euros). Le projet architectural, principalement des tours, sera réalisé par plusieurs architectes de renom : Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki, Daniel Libeskind et Pierpaolo Maggiora. 130.000 m2 seront réservés à la création d’un «Central Park» Milanais.

milano will also be the centre of some TAV lines, that will link the city to the rest of europe.

This area is nearby to an area (in a close municipality) having so many problems during the last 20 years to develop an ambitious project: to make a financial district out of the city center of Milan
They did several projects always foresaw skyscrapers to build
But there are so many and so big conflicting real estate interests (envolving even politicians and people protesting...) they never built a single wall :(

This project was abandoned :bash: and they're now redevelopping another one (maybe with other scrapers: no one know that :dunno: ), but they found - again!- a lot of problems actually...

Milanone tower project is still "alive", but I really don't know when (and if) its istitutional iter will be completed
I cannot cut out even this project will be abandoned, but I'm optimist :)

The problem is we have not a metropolitan area authority yet to plan things like that one :bash:
Even in a territory shared by several municipality now we would have a district similar (at least conceptually) at Defense in Paris: about the same distance from city center, about the same function...
Different actors on the scene to interfere one with another (e.g. city of Milan administration doesn't like to be built offices districts out of its municipality borders :ohno: ) made it to become just a dream...

J'espere que la qualité architecturale sera au rendez vous parce qu'au niveau du volume, ce nouveau quartier évoque un peu les grands ensembles des années 1960 français.

Pas mal, mais les hauteurs sont un peu trop uniformes.
La vue des tours sur le plan me font penser au plan Voisin qui prévoyait des tours de hauteur uniforme en plein Paris.

Exactement, j'ai immédiatement pensé au Plan Voisin en voyant ça ...

C'est bizarre je trouve que depuis quelques mois on voit beaucoup de projets qui font néo-1970 à mort (par exemple, dans ce projet, le fait que les tours aient l'air d'être sur pilotis, surélevées par rapport à la rue, ou jaillissant d'un fossé, ça rappelle de mauvais souvenir type la fac de Tolbiac ) ...

On dirait qu'une tour a ete dessinee, et puis que tout a ete fait au copier coller.

Ne gagneraient-ils pas a faire travailler plusieurs architectes tout en gardant un maitre d'oeuvre global pour tout coordonner, plutot qu'a tout concevoir d'un seul tenant?

J'aime pas, c'est comme ça qu'ils voyaient la Défense dans les année 50-60... C'est trop vieux ce concepte de tours qui se ressemblent toutes. Ca me fait penser à une cité. Ils auraient du dessiner des tours avec des formes différentes, et des heuteurs défférentes également. Le skyline va être trop "droit".

Le rapport contenu contenant est flatteur! c'est une belle réalisation. Mais à y regarder de plus près, la qualité des finitions et les détails du design sont un peu décevants. :)

Aujourd'hui, la ville connaît un profond revirement du point du vue architectural, avec d'une part des opérations de requalification urbaine de vastes quartiers:

3.Citylife (trois gratte-ciel de hauteurs comprises entre 180 et 216 mètres)

Je sais que la rénovation du théâtre de la Scala (Mario Botta) est terminée. (2004) et que la nouvelle "fiera di Milano" a été inaugurée le 18 mai 2006.

Au contraire, les travaux pour Citylife, La bibliothèque européenne, Le quartier S.Giulia et "La ville de la mode" ont débuté il y a deux ans... mais je ne suis pas sur car j'habite à Paris :)

^^ C'est très intéressant et prometteur. par contre je ne sais pas ce que donnera ce grand parc avec la circulation automobile en souterrain. Il est souvent préférable de construire les tours directement dans les rues, ça donne plus de vie. Le but est de faire de Milan une "24 hour City" :)

Au jour dhui il n'y a pas encore un project definitive: mais un notre "agent secret" dans la municipalité (:)) forumer de SSC dit q'ils vont a acheter (ou louer) un de deux tours ex-FS a la gare Garibaldi pur les bureaux municipales et puis à édifier la tour "del Comune"

L'idee est vendre les immeubles où les bureaux sont maintenant et avoir une unique place (la tour) où les mettre... les sous pour construer la tour vient de la vente des immeubles
Mais ils vont être prudentes (l'initiale idee de louer la tour actuel en via Pirelli, pas loin de la nouvelle tour, a été fallimentaire): acheter (ou louer) une tour FS, libérée quelque immeubles et lui vendre et, si ça va bien, puis partir avec la construction de la tour

“Atelier Foster Nouvel” est un atelier créé par Jean Nouvel et Sir Norman Foster à Londres pour la conception, actuellement en cours d’études, d’un ensemble tertiaire en plein coeur de la City ( Walbrook Square ) et dont l’achèvement est programmé entre 2012 et 2014.

Aujourd’hui, il s’agit d’une autre opération située en périphérie de Milan à Santa Giulia. Cette opération, dont les ateliers Foster étaient lauréat depuis trois ans, et dont des maquettes avaient été présentées lors de la dernière biennale de Venise.

Il s’agit d’une opération 1,2 million de m2 devant à terme loger plus de 12000 habitants, dotée d’aménagements urbains ainsi que d’un centre de conférences de 8000 places.

Devo dire che il posto è suggestivo, la vecchia distilleria ha il suo fascino. Il plastico e gli abbozzi che abbiamo visto un po' deludenti, almeno IMO.

Le belle foto di Palombardo68 mi hanno fatto venir voglia di andare sul Montestella a vedere dal vivo!

Ho fatto tantissime foto che vi posterò gradualmente, molte sono del Montestella proprio..
Purtroppo oggi cumuleggiava proprio sopra il Montestella, quasi come fosse un monte vero, ma mi ha rovinato parecchie foto, con il sole che c'era solo in alcuni punti della città, in altri ombra, come proprio sopra il monte mentre fotografavo il panorama (mentre salivo e scendevo no, ma era proprio la sommità, dato che mentre scendevo e usciva il sole, ho guardato su ed era ancora all'ombra)..
Inoltre l'orario non era dei migliori, quando usciva un po' di sole (una? due volte?) ero pure controluce...

Quand je regarde ces projets Italiens (entre autres) je me rend compte que nos projets à nous ont l'apparence 21ème sciècle mais il manque l'esprit 21ème sciècle ... c'est vachement innovant et limite "fou fou" ! j'adore ^^ Ti amo Milano ^^

Pas assez haut, trop massif, esthétique moyen, un quartier d'affaire pas vraiment génial à l'image de la ville !

A vrai dire c'est dur de juger vu la qualité médiocre des rendus qui sont pires que les notres. ^-^

On veut en fait savoir en clair si les projets datant d'avant l'attribution de l'expo à Milan vont être modifiés du fait de cette nomination.

Ex. : Va-t-on agrandir le nouveau pôle d'exposition construit en 2005? Va-t-il y avoir de nouvelles constructions dans le centre liées à l'expo? Va-t-on modifier des projets comme CityLife du fait de l'expo?

Donc... Fiera Campionaria est (était) une exposition
Il ya juste deux quartiers aujourd'hui: FieraMilano City dans la ville meme à côté de CityLife et Rho FieraMilano dans la 'banlieue', le nouveau pôle avec la 'voile' de verre
Les deux sont servis par metro (M1)

Santa Giulia... donc les travaux sont presque terminee pour la zone Sud; Il y a de sérieux retards pour la zone Nord parce que le fabricant est en faillite: Peut-être remplacé par un fonds immobilier de Dubai

La tour de Liebeskind est spectaculaire mais assez ingrate sous certains angles. Comme celui-ci:

La tour de Zaha Hadid est élégante (assez "sage", je trouve, de sa part). Quant à celle d'Izozaki, il est difficile de juger: il faudra attendre qu'elle soit construite pour voir comment la double peau bombée jouera avec la lumière.

Pourquoi tu ne postes pas tes photos sur le site français ici? Il y a certains forumeurs intéressés par Milano. :)

J'aime bien ces tours, elles sont élégantes, cependant j'eu préféré qu'elles fussent construites dans la rue et non pas dans ce parc artificiel qui, même s'il ne constitue pas à proprement parler une dalle, risque fort de devenir un no man's land mal entretenu et sans vie. Comme souvent en France par exemple.

Vrai, mais il faut dire que la zone est assez "centrale" et il y aura le musée, un centre commerciale, un cinéma (aux pieds de la tour Hadid)....
il devrait y avoir un peu de vie (au moins j'espère...)

L'area, dove si dovrà realizzare l'edificio, stabilisce in maniera chiara i rapporti con il contesto, sia per la disposizione geografica della sua area fondiaria, sia per la conformazione geometrica del lotto. L'obiettivo era rispondere con un edificio che appartiene sia al Polo della Fiera, ed allo stesso tempo, soddisfare totalmente le richieste funzionali ed economiche del bando.

Da queste considerazioni e’ nata la proposta di un edificio prevalentemente orizzontale, in grado di relazionarsi in maniera differente a sud-est, con le coperture della Fiera; ed a nord-ovest, dove la Fiera si rivolge a Milano, con un Palazzo verticale rispetto alla struttura prevalentemente orizzontale della Fiera. La torre orizzontale e il Palazzo verticale (sommatoria di due palazzi) sono le due anime che rendono rappresentativo e simbolico l'edificio, senza prevalere, senza soggiacere.

L'edificio, s'inserisce a completamento di un importante tassello urbano del Nuovo Polo Fieristico; in tal senso la nostra proposta architettonica s'inserisce all'interno di un susseguirsi di episodi architettonici che si sviluppano all'interno del complesso Polo Fieristico, ponendosi all'origine della promenade architecturale (spina dorsale del quartiere fieristico) in adiacenza all'emergenza architettonica della Porta Est, su un'area ad oggi adibita alla sosta e alla mobilità d'auto, autobus e taxi e sulla quale sbarca la linea metropolitana proveniente da Milano

Il progetto si fonda sui seguenti principi compositivi:
• la frontalità dell'area, ingresso Sud, tra l'uscita della Metropolitana e l'ingresso al boulevard della fiera (un “nuovo ingresso”);
• la concezione dell'edificio come una successione di "torri orizzontali" determinate da un criterio compositivo classico: basamento, elevazione, coronamento, che si definisce attraverso l'invenzione di luoghi "speciali" caratterizzati da interpiani differenti, capaci di articolare le esigenze dei "due" edifici e al contempo descriverne e articolarsi come un edificio unico.

I tre luoghi “speciali” sono:

1. il basamento, rialzato dal piano strada accoglie, separa i flussi e propone prospettive differenti in una successione di spazi che ora si dilatano (foyer a tutta altezza) ora si comprimono (mensa e uffici) in maniera sempre differente;

2. l'elevazione, caratterizzata da un taglio orizzontale con una doppia altezza, crea un momento di sospensione tra terra e cielo e permette di creare un luogo rappresentativo e magico, dove il paesaggio è inquadrato in una “rete” di trasparenze e riflessi;

3. il coronamento, un giardino verticale come limite, inciso da fenditure che portano l'osservatore ad avvicinarsi al perimetro trasparente, un luogo che si riempe di cielo e dello skyline ora urbano ora delle montagne che ci osservano; un luogo dove lavorare e incontrarsi;

Gli scenari analizzati e messi a confronto nella fase iniziale del progetto hanno evidenziato come l'ipotesi di pensare a due edifici distinti non permetteva di raggiungere in maniera soddisfacente tutti gli obiettivi richiesti. La proposta racconta e descrive due edifici che si toccano per punti (le “possibili” passerelle) e si uniscono attraverso un vuoto “monumentale”, il foyer. La possibilità di essere al contempo due edifici e un unico organismo offre la possibilità di non fornire risposte scontate dal punto di vista architettonico e di garantire importanti efficienze dal punto di vista gestionale ed energetico e non ultimo di garantire scenari variabili e possibili per l'uso nel tempo dell'edificio, non cristallizzandosi in se stesso come inevitabilmente si presenterebbero due edifici separati.

La scelta tipologica proposta (una lama monolitica che si frammenta “spogliandosi” da nord a sud rivelandosi come due edifici uniti e separati al contempo da un importante foyer a tutta altezza) vuole proporsi non come un'icona autocelebrativa (un objet trouvè) ma un dispositivo percettivo capace di stabilire un valore simbolico attraverso il rapporto che instaura con il contesto e la sua percezione.

Valore simbolico che si ritrova nei seguenti caratteri:

• nella sua disposizione planimetrica, lineare a nord e a sud est per poi deformarsi attraverso tre linee spezzate a nord est; pieghe che rivelano il foyer e il Palazzo delle società aggiunte;

• nella sua materia che si rarefà proteggendo l'edificio a nord e rivelandolo a sud; là dove la pelle cambia, poi si duplica in un sistema di brise-soleil, infine si modifica nella geometria divenendo orizzontale e “ricamata” da alcune specchiature riflettenti e cangianti sino a divenire completamente trasparente;

• il tutto si racconta con chiarezza e coerenza in relazione all'esposizione solare, al layout funzionale e distributivo, alla scelta di non avere un “fronte e un retro” ma uno spartito compositivo capace di creare lo stupore e la meraviglia nella metamorfosi dell'edificio metro dopo metro;

• nell'articolazione delle sue funzioni dove come un codice a barre, si stratifica orizzontalmente nella successione continua dei “due edifici”, uniti dal foyer inciso verticalmente da un “taglio” che diviene un “buco” a due terzi della sua altezza come in un “concetto spaziale” di Fontana.

Nel territorio aperto la luce naturale diviene materia capace di trasformare le percezioni di un paesaggio sia esso naturale o creato dall'uomo. Nella condizione particolare della Fiera, un orizzonte dove la luce si inserisce e si riflette tra bianchi, grigi e punti di colore, essa può diventare una materia cangiante, da nord a sud, da est ad ovest, enfatizzando il colore intenso dell'alba e del tramonto.

Il nuovo edificio si definisce con il colore dell'oro, dove la sua preziosità è riferita al tema della luce solare e dei suoi riflessi, della capacità di definire una atmosfera di trasparenze, opacità, specchiature e semitrasparenze con il suo intorno, nelle prospettive territoriali che attraversano l'area a differenti velocità e in tutte le ore del giorno. Sfumature di oro che si mescolano con i bianchi degli interni, e che rendono senza fine i prospetti nelle ore del mattino e della sera ovvero in quei momenti in cui la luce diventa incidentale lungo le pareti principali, annullandone la percezione dei suoi limiti fisici e confondendolo con la luce naturale.

Un basamento nero e un coronamento verde inquadrano un dispositivo percettivo ed emozionale che rimanda oniricamente all'uso dell'oro nella pittura italiana dal Beato Angelico al contemporaneo Kounellis

La scelta progettuale è stata quella di utilizzare per gli spazi comuni materiali nobili come il travertino, per rivestire le scale interne principali e il marmo Nero tipo Marquina, per il basamento dell'edificio e il pavimento interno dell'atrio, con l'obiettivo di creare l'immediata percezione, sia al visitatore occasionale che al lavoratore, del valore dell'ambiente in cui si trova, attraverso la qualità estetica dei materiali e delle finiture che compongono lo spazio architettonico.

Il colore dei materiali, il nero ed il bianco delle pietre, l'oro della pelle dell'edificio, completa ed enfatizza il messaggio della ricerca della qualità estetica in un continuo e sempre nuovo armonioso contrasto: nero e oro, bianco e nero, bianco e oro…

La “pelle“, avvolge con il suo colore, l'oro, l'intero edificio in modo sempre diverso, frammentandosi lentamente e ordinatamente, svelando a mano e a mano la vera, preziosa e brillante anima di vetro (il “cristallo”), aggiungendo oltremodo qualità estetica all'edificio, ora finalmente percepibile anche da chi è lontano o solo di passaggio.

Ed ecco la parte nuova..A parte i percorsi logisticamente ancora farraginosi e non razionali (per quello bisognera' aspettare l'apertura del corridoio centrale, per ora sono aperte solo le entrate laterali) siamo rimasti piacevolemnte sorpresi, oltre che dal design e dalla luminosita', dalla qualita' delle finiture: bei marmi, belle vetrate, sembra tutto molto ben fatto , non certo al risparmio come forse era logico aspettarsi da Trenitalia o Grandi Stazioni che dir si voglia:

Concernant le Milanofiori c'est quoi les tuyaux jaunes et verts, ils vont rester? J'ai vu sur urbanfile :D que la façade avait cette couleur mais les tuyaux, je ne comprends pas à quoi vont servir?

Pour L'Altrasede, c'est la toute petite partie qui est visible aujourd'hui de l'autoroute, j'ai quelques photos mais de loin, celles-là sont meilleures. :)

J'espère de pas me tromper, mais on devrait les voir ici ...

Est-ce que avec la crise les chantiers de Milan continuent? Tous les projets vont se faire?

Certains projets comme la Torre delle Arti sont 'on hold' car l'investisseur, une entreprise australienne, est en faillite, mais ils vont a vendre le project a un autre fabricant.
Santa Giulia fait face a difficultés mais pour des raisons autres que la crise

Il ya quelques signal pas positif, mais il n'y a pas d'arrêt des travaux

Maintenant Milan est la ville avec plus chantiers en Europe


Nous allons bientôt voir si l'Expo et le nouveau plan de développement d'approuver permettra d'améliorer encore

Le Pirelli avant et après l'"accident"


Al di là del giudizio sugli infissi: il restauro è stato decantato perchè sono stati usati gli stessi materiali
Non materiali simili, o nuovi, ma proprio gli stessi: hanno ripristinato tutti gli elementi in cattive condizioni, e sostituito sapientemente le poche parti non recuperabili

Quindi, se il Pirelli ti sembra lo stesso, è perchè è lo stesso. solo pulito e non 'rovinato' come era prima

Non ci andavo da quando ci eravamo stati in SSC- raduno , ormai parecchi mesi fa…molti cambiamenti, decisamente il progetto si puo’ sempre piu’ definire come molto riuscito.
Sta venendo fuori un vero e proprio “Architecture Park” : di solito non amo l’eterogeneita’ di stili, ma qui devo dire che il risultato mi convince.
E’ chiaro che la star è la sede Zurich, bellissima, ma anche gli altri edifici, sia quelli della fase 1 (quelli con la finitura arrugginita) sia la parte ristorazione (pazzesco l’Autogrill!) non sfigurano affatto.
Poi ho grandi speranze per il costruendo edificio Sauerbruch+ Hutton su Imbonati , che, da rendering, mi piace moltissimo.
Speriamo che l’effetto rigenerazione si estenda , perche’ il primo tratto di Imbonati fa davvero spavento..i primi confortanti segni non mancano : di fronte all’edificio verde ad oblo’ hanno appena finito una residenza niente male..speriamo, comunque sta di fatto che una sezione di Milano ha cambiato faccia.

Via Crespi, precedentemente una orrida “non-via”, la stanno riqualificando proprio bene, soprattutto ADORO le “isolette” sopraelevate ai fianchi di TUTTI i passi carrai, unico modo per eliminare questa piaga di Milano , i passi carrai con minimo 1 catorcio per lato posteggiato sul marciapiede.

Poi purtroppo la batteria della macchina fotografica mi ha abbandonato
peccato perchè c'era ancora molto da mostrare. sicuramente uno degli interventi più interessanti ed attenti in fase di esecuzione a Milano
Rifiniture e superfici all'altezza: ferro ossidato, legno, sia per il rivestimento parietale che pavimentale, vetri serigrafati, pietra naturale.
Grand euso del colore (un dubbio sulla scelta del connubio crema/cioccolato, buono per una confezione di Ringo, ma non per le superfici architettoniche).
tanti spazi dedicati al pedone, terrazze panoramiche, piazze interne e passaggi sopraelevati. Viabilità ancora un po' caotica, ma ben separata dagli spazi pedonali. Abbastanza verde (poteva in effetti essere di più) vedremo quando crescerà. Per ora il commerciale è ancora poco, ma ci sono molto molti spazi. oltre a UCI, ha apero Le Roy Merlin, Il Gigante, Il panino Giusto, Due caffè (belli), Il Virgin Fitness Village.
Un sistema di illuminazione che sembra pensato per fare "ambiente".
La città del Design si è svegliata?
Un difetto è che risulta un po' un enclave separata dal circondario (per ora).

Merci pour les nouvelles, les chantiers ont avancé, on voit maintenant les tuyaux et les couleurs.
(Je suis toujours ce tread même si je lis de temps en temps Urbanfile à la place de celui-là. :D

c'est assez incroyable la qualité architecturale des nouvelles constructions à Milan, c'est osé, j'aime beaucoup... Milan est une ville vraiment à la pointe niveau design...bravo pour les photos...;)

Milanofiori Nord e questo sono 2 dei più bei interventi che hanno fatto a Milano, ma devo appuntare che Milanofiori nord, oltre a essere, per me, più "moderno" e migliore, è anche più curato.. Guardate ad esempio questo spiazzo... ma perché cavolo non hanno fatto una pavimentazione carina?
