11 Floors in all, bus terminal/stop on the ground floor, 2nd to 7th as parking and 8th to 11th floor for office/BPO.

Open na ata yung terminal and parking pero yung office on-going pa rin and some finishing activities.

parang sinaksak lang siya sa bakanteng lote in front of Megamall. But this is a development - commercial/bpo - that will somehow balance the residential component construction in ortigas. like!

bay, you seem to be all over the metro. how do you do that? i suspect makatiprime, primer and wesunsled (and others) are all under your employ, specifically to gather info on all recent projects. and they give you daily report. aminin... lol

medyo masagwa tignan. one of the biggest malls in the world tapos ung facade eh dambuhalang parking building. even if may offices padiyan people will still notice first the carparklike structure first.

though, it is understandable need talga ng parking and expasion ng megamall. well, do with what you have, as they say.

Sa BPO office floors nito ay black tinted ang glass curtain wall. Sa parking floors ay gray. Sa baba (bus stop) ay mostly white, gray at mint green lang yung 3 or 4 na perimeter columns nito along EDSA.

Nice hotel nga yung tabi ng SM North, steel-framed building yun.

Perhaps you are referring to the Podium Mall Redevelopment, not this fenced lot in front of Bldg.B of Megamall. We have a separate thread for that.

I hope the condo component they'll build on the other side would look good as well... they'll probably try to cover the view of One Shang.. ehehehe..

Film buffs in the southern side of Metro Manila no longer need to travel far to experience three-dimension (3-D) digital movie entertainment as an IMAX Theater recently opened in SM Southmall in Las Piñas.
The IMAX Theater in SM Southmall is the fourth of its kind that SM Cinema -- the country’s largest movie exhibitor -- has opened.
SM Cinema opened the country’s first IMAX Theater at the SM Mall of Asia in 2006. This was followed by similar IMAX theaters at SM North EDSA in 2009 and in SM Cebu last year.

SM Cinema plans to open IMAX Theaters in SM Clark by December, in SM Davao and in Fort Bonifacio next year, and in SM Megamall in 2013, he said.
IMAX (short for Image MAXimum) is a motion picture film format and projection standard created by Canada’s IMAX Corp. IMAX has the capacity to record and display images of far greater size and resolution than conventional film systems.
The IMAX technology can project moving images in the third dimension (thus the term 3-D), which gives the illusion of depth as seen by the viewer.
Mr. Tejerero said the IMAX Theater in SM Southmall, which formally opened to the public on July 14, has a seating capacity of 480. Its screen is 30% bigger than standard movie screens at 22 meters wide, and 12 meters high.
Like in other IMAX Theaters, tickets to the SM Southmall IMAX Theater cost P300 to P450 each, more than double the P150-P175 admission ticket in standard movie houses.

these new sm parking structures looks a lot better than some of the sm condo towers. lol

Okay, I'm still working on experimenting which layers to show or hide in order to cleanly display the floor plan for this mall... or is it an expansion to an existing one? I think it's not that hard to guess :colgate:

Oh, and I am still trying to verify if this indeed is the latest or at least a significantly updated or at least a close-to-the-final-one floor plan before I post all the floors so please bear with me.

Even with this new carpark, sobrang kulang pa din parking area ng Megamall especially on weekends

on a positive note, dahil ginawa nilang bus loading bay yong ground floor, wala ng buses nakaharang sa edsa while waiting for passengers
