8/10. I like it and its use of materials. (It is not just another glassy monster). All though it is a little plain which is the reason for my minus two. ;)

9/10. Does fit in well with H-Town's skyline since it is one of the newest not to be as sleek as the rest. And the fountain/METRORail right next to it.
