CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu Green Peaks Development Inc., (CGPDI) officially launched its residential condominium flagship project for the Cebu market, as its pre-selling activities sold over 48 percent of the project.

The new entrant in Cebu’s real estate industry has developed The Padgett Place, a high-end condominium building located in Lahug, offering a total of 165 chic residential condominium units.

The Padgett Place, a 22-story building situated in the neighborhood in Lahug, known as the “old rich district”, offers a total of 165 chic residential condominiums that will be completed by 2013. It has four Garden Villas and 16 Garden Suites.

The successful introduction of its first project, has led to the consideration of more projects to be built in the next few months, said CGPDI president Montano Ty.

The company announced that is it up to build a P640 million condo-tel facility within Metro Cebu with 80-100 condotel rooms.


The condo/hotel project is scheduled for construction by the first quarter next year... :cheers:

here are the good news i gathered during our product knowledge seminar yesterday:

- padgett place has won the bidding in developing a large portion of the UP High School ground into a mixed use facility.. the project will be called the UP Cebu Commercial & Academic Complex.. based on the rendering presented yesterday its about 4-5 storeys tall and 2-3x the size of E-mall.. included in the complex will be cebu's first Starbucks drive thru..

- the road leading to the Condominium will be widened and landscaped..

- at their newly acquired property also in gorrordo will soon rise a two-tower condotel.. "watch out kuno ta!!!"

In 2012... we will see more projects sprouting for sure... The developers will be shifting strategies and will divert marketing development on the lucrative retiree markets which is estimated to have a 400,000 demand.. Currently Cebu had attracted about 5,000 of these market... :D

...the F1 City Center in Taguig (building on the right)... So that should give us an idea as to how the Green Peak Tower should look like when built.
