land already cleared next to Galle Face Court is being used as a car park. Wonder if anything is coming up there.

but theres a lot land cleared in the whole strech from bambalpittiya, kollupitiya till galle face.

Yaaa,it is started.Land is already covered and there are some heavy stuff inside it,and also I saw men are working inside the land. *and also Damro company is going to build a 20 or 22 storey building just in front of the Durdance hospital,it will face one side towards the galle road and other side toward the Marine drive. approval for the building already has given by CMC.They plan to begin the constructions in early 2012.hope it will be completed soon.

this is some serious info. A lot of new buildings planned and mainly for office and retail. Hope to see more carefully planned buildings and skyscrapers in line with evironment.

So far so good.but bad thing is Damro is going to build this building with a indian company.Indian things are not sure until it finish.I hope there will be a nice building there.
