Okay, somone want to tell me what the hell Sister City means anyway? I've seen these things everywhere I've ever gone, and never really understood what bearing (if any) it has on anything!

Why are there two sister cities in China? I didn't know Chicago was sisters with Toronto…surely, they are very similar.

What? Paris, Toronto, Moscow, Athens, Milan, etc aint good enough? :)

Why are there two sister cities in China? I didn't know Chicago was sisters with Toronto…surely, they are very similar.
Why not two cities in China? After all, Chicago is a global city.
