Who's behind the W Group? They have a lot of projects in bgc currently which are mostly office buildings. They were the developer of the W Tower near Toyota Global City.

I still am not sure why Filinvest did not agree to partner with them. It could have boosted Filinvest's image especially now that The Beaufort is nearing its completion. Well anyway at least now Buyers would know more about this partnership and be more confident in getting one esp. now that W group is in instead of just Ticino Holdings.

haven't heard anything from The Stack....but i came across one of the Investors of The Waltz...i was told that they are still planning to pursue the project but i am not sure how they would probably catch up with the market as for sure they would be demanding the premium esp. with their location and the features that they are planning to put in their project.

They appear to be doing a Shang trick of not relying on pre-selling to start and fund construction. Although I bet that would also make the project even more expensive.

OSP, price is level with other projects currently being sold in BGC. Also, the developer has informed us that all finishing materials will only be from the best brands. Finally, density of the tower is very low, there will only be a little over 170 units. Hope this helps...

Although this project was launched earlier, I think the naming of this may cause confusion with Ayala Land Premier's The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street. It's just that the names "One High Street" and "One Bonifacio High Street" are so similar it will definitely confuse some people.
