- Initiator: Almog Yam from Yam Suf group.

- Area: 6 dunams.
- 300 apartments will be built.

Nice to see its underway already, more towers to this lovely city!

The design of this one certainly does not look like anything special. But I will wait till it's built till I make a judgement.

I'm glad about every new skyscraper in Tel-Aviv , but this one is really horrible, it doesn't fit in style to it's surroundings, and such an enormous project in Neve Tzedek will be disastrous to the old and beautiful neighborhood .

you can see the grey granite stone on the columns above the groung level.

When I looked at its webcam earlier, it looked as it was taken from the top of where it was constructed.
