I found this one by accident.. i was just looking thru it and i saw a big fact building being constructed, and it took a few seconds for it to click that it was waterfront..

Yeh i have a couple,Waterfront was built by F.A Pidgeon and they had 2 750Mk11s and a 350 which only went halfway up,some useless facts,just to the right i'm pretty sure thats the stamford hotel which was built by Thiess Watkins they had 2 750Mk11s on there as well,even more useless facts,both construction companies long gone.Back on topic i'll post pics as soon as i can dig them up. :)

Good picture, Prudential Building still in place (opposite the casino), Docklands doesn't exist, and the ship that used to fix all of the lighthouses and maritime markers is still docked at New Farm. State Law is old style.

Wow! I always thought Waterfront Place was older than Central Place! Just goes to show you learn something new everyday. :) Nice pics!

Cp1 was done in complete by 88, waterfront complete by 89

actually Waterfront was completed and opened in feb 1990!

Brisbane Square will feature approximately 55,000 square metres of net lettable area, ranging from 1,460 square meters on low and mid-rise floors to 1,700 square metres plus on high-rise floors. There are also 2,000 square metres of retail tenancy and 300 parking spaces.
