Traffic at Gilmore is always light. The last part of Granada St. going to Greenhills is a bottleneck. N. Domingo in this part of Brgy. Valencia, New Manila going to Horseshoe is also light.

Safe and quiet. This area is where you can find gated and posh villages / townhouses, condos, old houses and mansions. First Street is very clean and quiet even though there are few IT stores. It is lined with mango trees and gated townhouses. N. Domingo in this part is also quiet at night. Gilmore/Granada is definitely safe. Castilla is the most quiet. The corner of Granada and Castilla is where a condo of Empire East is located. At the corner of Valencia and Castilla is another condo (low rise) fronting Federal Land's <>20-storey condo towers. OCP's site is sandwiched by this low rise condo and a large house. Currently, it is gated and guarded. The fence is made up of concrete carpeted with vines.
Castilla Street is a short uphill street. The Valencia part will form as the catch basin for floods (though, it's not prone to flooding) while the Granada part is the highest part. As you can see in the render, OCP will be on a sloping ground.
