The Grønttorv site in Valby is one of the best located building sites in Copenhagen. The area has direct access to two train stations and ideal connections to the motorway. Copenhagen’s city centre is just a few minutes away and it is just as quick to get out of the city. The 165,000 sqm area with the possibility of building up to 246,000 sqm of floor space is now offered for sale by Grønttorvet Copenhagen, which in 2014 will move to new facilities in Høje Taastrup.
The new town will basicly regarding the lokalplan be relatively flat with 2 - 4 floors buildings, but with a possibility for one 90 meter high rise.
