This tower, right across the street from the Roppongi Hills Mori tower is developed by TV Asahi. It will be a event hall with 900 seats and an 18 floors high office building.

It's an interesting design. It's simple but it's different then most other offices now U/C in Tokyo.

I think this project is very overrated as we don't talk about it as we talk about other glassy towers like Otemachi 1-6 or Yomuiri Newspaper's Building certainly because of the height . But personnaly I like very much this Building even if the location is not famous ...

You mean underrated.

Although the location, right across the street from Roppongi Hills should be considered as "famous".

Great progress ! This is going to be a nice filler, but the only problem with this building is, there is the big ugly express way obstructing the view.

So let's demolish the expressway so you can get the best view :D.

In 13 months, this building is already topped out and almost fully clad. This is some uber fast construction.

I love little glassy towers like this one , it fills very well the area , it gives a big plus to the street level , and glass is always welcome :)
