Crazy drivers on a rush to hit the coast. I think it has improved as most fatalities were on the old whinding two lane Adriatic Highway. Motorways technically have higher speeds but are usually safer for travel. Walter Wolf December 16th, 2004, 02:57 AM Hotel Libertas will begin construction in the next 2 months. Libertas reconstruction is being delayed due to not getting proper town planning & building approvals. Similar issues as with Hotel Imperial.
