Anyway, I hope Wharf would actively thinking about this plan soon. Because CEPA really sucks up grade A office space in tst area. Grade A vacany rate in tst is like 2.5%. The first project done was Gateway I (two joined tower) in early 90's. Then Gateway II (three towers) in 1998/99. And i think Gateway III will eventually take place some time in the future. It will replace the building with a semi-curved white facade. |
