From here - www.cicadadesign.ca it's an Aa Design I believe. And you're right about the location. It's on front just south west of the Flatiron Building.

Hmm... the rainbow colours are interesting. Well, at least it would reinvigorate what's currently there, which is nothing impressive.

Good lord. That had to be the shortest highrise development thread ever. This building does need something like the proposal in post #1 though. The building is just plain awful as is.

those colors are hideous, that building would become an eyesore in no time.

I hope the St Lawrence Centre can be rejuvenated through the original design than outright replacement. The style may be out of vogue but so too were the Victorian buildings demolished in the 60s.
