Actually it is just right behind one of Havana block........20+ storeys high ;) The entry road is just right before you approach Seri Maya :)

I didn't know that Pangsapuri Bukit Baru consist of 2 block. The current area already packed with construction of so many apartment.

Block A already completed n people move in already. I don't think there will be a thing called Block B ;)

a 1200sf menara alpha condo at sec2 wangsa maju rental yield up to rm1400

Anything from 270k up to 300k...the one facing Jalan Jelatak is a bit cheaper compared to the one facing inside n facing KLCC view. ;)

I called one of the agent when reading the newspaper..he told me the asking price for rental can be around RM1500 to RM2000. Now I seriously consider to rent it out...cause i only pay 688 per month. How ah :ohno:

BTW, when are we getting the house key? Definitely need to do some renovation etc to add value to the house before it can be rented out.

Few potential tenants plus estate agents but nothing firm yet - as I said need to get the hse key 1st before come to the details etc. I am also toying with the idea of renting the rooms out and prolly staying there on and off, occupying one of the smaller room - what do you guys think? :|
