Guys

A new 6/7 storey resi / retail development is being constructed on Cambridge Street in West Leederville opposite the new Coles supermarket. 92 apartments with ground floor retail for cafe / shops etc. Across the road from new Coles supermarket. Looks great! There is a web link to Town of Cambridge for comments. The address is:

Would be a good place to live. Just a stone's throw from the city, but in a good suburban area with little crime.

Some renders would be nice though. Town of Cambridge have it open for discussion and we don't even know what it's going to look like?

That is a large Urban Development Sky, but yes, this site does fall within the zone of the West Leederville Planning and Urban Design Study.

Some renders would be great. Not a great idea for the council to expect feedback if people have to go to the council in person to view the plans. Actually.... maybe that is a good idea.
