I'll try to go to the site since malapit workplace ko jan. Anyway, IMO, this is a low cost condo project so not much for the amenities...

I think the target market would be the students and professionals around the area since it is surrounded by schools(WVSU/INHS/WVCST) and hospitals(IMH/WVSUMC)...:)
