- Urban mixed use project with 130,000 sq. ft. of retail and 770,000 sq. ft. of urban office
- TTC streetcar access in front of building
- 10 minute walk to the Union GO Station & TTC transit terminal, and King Street Subway station
- Excellent access to Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway
- Directly on TTC's busiest subway route that runs, on average 47,300 riders per day

Anyway back to the building. I wonder why they show it from it's backside. Is the front really ugly or something? I really hope that the King St side has some nice design feature to make up for this so far lack luster office building.

It is certainly not going to win any beauty contests..... even the night rendering (which are always exaggeratively forgiving) looks blah.

It is more Kingston than King Street.
