Yes all of them are already under construction, and almost completed, maybe in a few month, their name just "Centre Hospitalier de (name of the city)" i guess..

No Tananarive (Antananarivo in malagasy) is the biggest city, it's the capital of the country, then there is Tamatave (Toamasina) which is the second big country and then Tulear in the south, Majunga in the west and Diego Suarez in the north...
