Which part of Koh Pich they are going to build? Well, I am happy if they start construction but I am doubt if the demand is there yet.

^^ they have to build now to get the demand in the near future the time they complete 2015 or above. By 2015, i think the demand is increasing enough for them. we need to be patient to see those building arise :ohno: anyway this project's design is not far different from those 4 rose condo. pretty similar.

The sales level of Rose condominium can be use as a benchmark to determine the condo market performance in Phnom Penh, if their units are selling fast, I am sure Canadia Bank will launch this project to the market as soon as possible :)
