Bende göbek atarım sizinle. Ama ne yazıkki şuan için hala etkin bir şekilde kullanılıyor.
Topbaş'a göre yakın bir zamanda şehiriçi minibüsleri şehirdışına kaydıracaklar. Tabii daha fazla otobüs aldıktan ve şuanki metro projelerin bittikten sonra.

Bağdat Caddesinde 3 dk. sıklıkla otobüs olmalı ki minibüs kalksın.

Gündüz vakti yarım saat beklediğimi biliyorum, öğlen de değil, akşama doğru.

minibüs çok pahalı zaten. ben iki katlı ÖHOya bile binmiyorum pahalı olmasın diye,

indirimli otobüs: 1 tl
iki katlı ÖHO: 2 tl (?)
minibüs: geçen Suadiyeden bindim 3 tl idi. (geceyarısında otobüsler ne yazık ki bitiyor...)

No matter how many buses the municipality buys and how many new driver they employ, they cannot easily do away with them. And even then we can probably think of many routes where services need to be improved. While they are ugly, polluting, and not comfortable, nobody can actually compensate them.

As you are somebody who uses dolmus a lot, please track some routes you are using on a map so we can have them here on our topic. There is no database over the internet about the minibuses and dolmuses. So we have to make our own. Please add some routes you know with departure and arrival points.

You hear something different every day from the mayor. First, the minibsses were to be scrapped even though 20% of public transport is operated by them. Then it was all a misunderstanding and now he wants to modernize them for handicapped people to be able to use them. It is nowadays a feet of great agility to get into a minibus or dolmus, lots of elderly people have problems with it. I have a hard time imagining how they would have to change to not only allow these people to board, but also wheelchair users. But maybe it is just another announcement without anything to back it up. Whatever happened to the newly designed taxis for example? Or to the plan that all taxis would be forced to stand at official taxi stands? We still have 90% of taxis patrolling the roads, honking at pedestrians that they should stop being so greedy as to walk and take a taxi instead, or taxis waiting at inofficial taxi stands where they have to pay a mafia for the priviledge of waiting there.

I can not even imagine how a wheelchair will actually fit into the overcrowded minibus. Most of the time people are just hanging out of the door just to be on the vehicle (India-style :nuts:).
Means a disabled person has to wait several hours to wait for an empty minibus, if he is lucky at all...
