Hi,

Has anyone heard any news relating to the site that's the current Marina House. A new development will be built on that land and will be called EON. Just wondering whether anyone has any info on what the pricing would be like and whether it would be a worth while investment at current.

Yup. They are going to demolish Marina House and build the residential building. :)
