This is a major project different from The Residences and Two Residences.....
It is the luxury class development of the Federal Land, Inc. It deserved its own thread. :D

so, this will be the fourth tower within the complex.

This appears to be a different "brand" by project name, pricing and design, please correct me if i'm wrong. I'll consider having a separate thread for Parkview Tower, but still subject to changes.

Yes.. its totally different @ mods from the One Residence and Two Residences as evidenced with the new structural design and the name itself.

This is somewhat a more upscale brand of FLI. I will post details of the project soon..:D

If I'm not mistaken, this is the 3rd tower. Ang towers 2 and 3 tapad man unta before but they changed the location sa 3rd tower (which is parkview).
- I asked the agent, he said it has the same amenities as the 2 towers.
- Smaller cuts, 36square meters compared to 40+square meters sa towers 1 and 2
- More expensive kay basin siguro by the time this will be finished naa na ang outdoor amenities (expected to finish last quarter of 2015)
- Launching will be last week of February

But basin naa sad ko sayop ani, e clarify lang unya
