UAE Olympic Committee announced the arrangements for its new headquarters to be established in Al Nahda, Dubai at a cost of up to 45 million dirhams after furnished and equipped, it takes effect 300 days ending on 27 July 2013.

Built the new headquarters on an area of ​​116 thousand square feet, the building consists of 5 floors, and accommodates 21 Union athletes will be distributed by 7 unions of each floor of the I-III, and allocates the fourth floor to the President of Olympic Committee, officials and staff, and the ground floor of the activities of the public, which contains the Hall meetings and multi-purpose hall and a reception.

Hall will also include the building of the major conferences, and Olympic Museum, and the Academy of the Olympics, and the lecture hall, and halls for meetings.

Dubai: Sports associations in the UAE will have a new home by summer next year after the National Olympic Committee (UAE NOC) announced plans to give shape to its new headquarters in Dubai's Al Nahda 1 area.
"This is a huge step for sports in the UAE," Yousuf Al Serkal, vice-president of the UAE NOC, told Gulf News after releasing details of the project, which is being built at an estimated cost of Dh16.4 million.
The building will house 21 sports associations and bodies from across the country, along with a separate floor for the staff of the UAE NOC.
Also attending the announcement of the project was Hussain Nasser Lootah, director-general of the Dubai Municipality; Eng. Mohammad Al Mashroom, director-feneral, Projects Department, Dubai Municipality, and Ebrahim Abdul Malek, general-secretary, General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare (GAYSW) along with several top officials from various sports associations of the UAE.

The UAE NOC's new headquarters will be housed in a building with a ground floor plus four upper floors
Where: Al Nahda area, Dubai
Project manager: Mohammad Al Mashroom
What: Each floor will have an area of 2,500 square metres for a total of 12,500 square metres
Already completed: Ground, first and second floors
Time limit: Construction completion estimated by July 27, this year; occupancy by mid-2013
