Good luck to the residents. Can you imagine how noisy it will be with planes taking off and landing? Trying loitering around changi airport and you will know what I mean...

^^ The residential portion is still under construction. I guess there will be more morning activity once residents move in. When will this TOP anyway?

Lol, it's really up to anyone to interpret anyway, I took the photos at 9:30am in the morning. The supermarket on the ground floor was quite bustling though when I was there. Looking at the progress, I think TOP of the residential component will be around mid-2013. In the next few years with the completion of Seletar residences, and a ton of HDB flats and a condo directly opposite Yio Chu Kang Rd, it'll be crowded.
