This thread is for general job/career resources that offer job/career advice (planning, applying, interviewing, networking, interning, etc), announcements, outlook, description, etc.

I'll break the ice with a good site for executives:

I'll toot my own horn.

Urban planning job listings: http://www.cyburbia.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26
http://www.cyburbia.org/directory/index.php?&cat=192&t=sub_pages (links to about 80 planning job listing sites in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.)

Some other sites:
http://www.planning.org/Jobsonline/ads.htm (American Planning Association / USA)

http://www.planetizen.com/jobs/ (Planetizen / USA, mostly west coast)

http://www.cip-icu.ca/English/members/employment.htm (Canadian Institute of Planners / Canada. Under NAFTA, American planners can work in Canada, and vice versa. More head south than north because there are more entry-level jobs in the US -- although they're often in less-than-desirable areas, but they're still good for resume fodder -- and salaries are higher in the US)

http://www.planning.org.au/careers/clickthrough.ssi (Australia. There's a shortage of planners in the country, and many are lobbying to change immigration requirements to increase the points those with a planning education are given, in an attempt to lure US and Canadian planners Down Under. Australia has a similar planning system to the US and Canada.)
