Afrique Francophone (french) or Francophone Africa (english). et non Francophone Afrique. le nom se dit souvent avant l'adjectif en langue française! différent de l'Anglais! :)

I don't know but Abidjan does look like an Awkward version on Lagos. A planned french version of Lagos. However,Lagos has been able to expand and establish more CBDs away from 1970's Marina into Victoria Island ,Lekki and Ikeja...of course with some more newer structures. Abidjan on the other hand preserved it's 1970's flavour...a little bit too much.

Abidjan looks like it has been stuck in time. A whole 30 years lost development.
