I think it is not common. The quality of goods is not so good that makes buyer disappointed.

People prefer online shopping so they don't have to leave their house, we don't even have a postal system that deliver to our address.

I order stuff oversea, and I have to pick up from the post office. And this is phnompenh with an address.

I never had that issue. I sent stuff back to family and friend. Mailman delivers it to their front door. If he can't find the address, he calls.

Did you use normal postal service, or special courier type like dhl?
