Ok ok we all know how excited ya r but ya dont need to be necessarily THAT excited to post the same thing in various subforums to inform ppl, simply do it in the skyline forum then it would work.

The video itself isn't very fit to promote Shanghai at all, bad cameraing and organization. I mean Shanghai is a lot prettier than what that clip can show. Look at the promotion video for Beijing Olympics, Beijing city is poorer and dirtier, but looks way better than this Shanghai in the video.

Good Work. This is a very good clip of shanghai !!! It depict shanghai in such a way that when people arrive at there they won't find much discrepancy between the video and what it actually is. Not like other deceiving videos that had been produced by authorities from other cities.

The actual clips weren't that bad, but organization and audio could use a little work. Pretty good attempt for China IMO. Btw do you know where I could dl the Beijing video?

actually I got all those beijing videos on my hardrive but dunno how to upload it to this site. You can also go to Beijing 2008 olympic website to see if they still have it. The Beijing promotional video is definitely much better.

Isn't Beijing 2008 video directed by Zhang Yimou? I heard something like this, not sure if this is true though. I'd really love to see it!

the Beijing 2008 video was indeed directed by Zhang Yimou. He will also be responsible for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing. The choreographer is a lady from the famous Shanghai ZENsasion Circus.

Yeah...you wont be able to change the thread title once you post it. At most, I can help you change it if its posted in the Zhonghua forums, but not in the international one.

The shanghai promotion is pretty bad compare to that produced for beijing 2008 olympics. Also there is a spelling error towards the end of that shanghai promotion film. can someone tell me what glololization is ?

Hm...is there a better quality video for the beijing one? The source zerg gave is rather fuzzy, and its in 6 pieces!
