100 office units at PS100 launching soon

Property developer Far East Organization will be offering strata office units at its new PS100 SOHO development (pictured), which is set to launch next month.

PS100 will comprise 100 office units ranging from 402 sq ft to 507 sq ft, spread across levels seven to 11 of the 27-storey tower located at Peck Seah Street in Tanjong Pagar.

The property will also feature the 314-room Oasia Downtown Hotel.

Compared to the typical strata office floor-to-floor height of three to 3.5 metres, the PS100 offices will have a height of five metres and is set to be completed by next year.

[/URL]Far East Organization’s third SOHO development, PS100, has sold out all its 100 units since sales started over the weekend.

Singaporeans and permanent residents (PRs) make up 60 percent of PS100's buyers while corporate buyers account for another 20 percent.


Far East said majority of PS100's buyers are entrepreneurs and businessmen from various businesses such as shipping, logistics, investment, trading, business consultancy and professional services.
PS100's unit sizes range from 420 to 517 sq ft with an average pricing at S$3, 000 per sq ft.

Yup based on the floor plans the cores are at 4 corners, so there should be another 2 on the left soon.
