It is not so much demand but chronic undersupply. There is about 60,000 sq m of office space in Yangon, less than some individual office buildings in Bangkok. With demand now growing expect rentals to increase by far more over next two years due to lack of new supply in the pipeline.

Good time for developers to put more attentions in office buildings :)

How is the occupancy rates for this building? Last time I heard it was very, very low. But with the price shooting up, I assume it's becoming more and more utilised?
