Of course that list isn't complete but that is pretty much most the stuff you'll find online.

currently low income housing, infrastructure and renovations projects are the big "trend" if I may say.

Funny enough I came across a development called "Father and Son Tower"

And I contacted the architect, he said that he have offers from clients and looking for more clients so you may contact him regard that project or other project or even about the environment in Egypt in this field he would have much more understandment I'd believe :)

A 450m tower proposed in Cairo :D I didn't post it yet as I'm unsure of its status ;P

Lol, true true.

Honestly though, I'm more anxious to see the Nile Tower Hotel (70 floors) be built before this. That tower seems more luxurious and prominent, even if it is shorter :)

What I really can't wait for though are the supertall skyscrapers of the Maspero Financial district :)
