good eve afaik the reason why they post lower level then change to high one because when you made a plan may price every floor... thats why when you apply for a permit low storey lang then revise to higher floors.. reason is to save money ang cost of each floor when you make a plan..thats what my friend na engineer said..

^^but, is it allowed migs? i mean, does OBO allow it without revising the whole plan as well?

yup as long the permit are complete.. building, sanitary, electrical permit etc.... because afaik each floor plan cost 15 thousand

metro inn looks massive with it's "firewall". there's that word again, from an original 3 storeys in their render to 5 storeys with a roofdeck, not bad...:cheers1:

^^basi, they will put the pool at the roof deck similar to l'fisher chalet's.:)

USO gid ang roof deck sa Bacolod nga ginagamit for functions same as VSB Mall.

tungod siguro manami ang view of the green surroundings around the city, kag ka freska pa sang hangin...:)

Damo pa salakyan sa Bacolod,still the air quality is relatively good.Damo man abi emission testing center,plus damo pa gid kahoy sa palibot.

Go Hotel will open this June (That's according to a friend of mine who works for Go Hotels in Mandaluyong. He is currently training as one of the managers for Go Hotel Bacolod)

I think this year na gid na ma open mig, finishing na lang ang ila gina ubra.

^^2013 will be a year of hotel inaugurations...metro inn, 1st avenue, hotel alhambra, the turtle building, BOC building and a lot more.:)

That equates to additional hotel room for the city.
