TOKYO 東京 | Juntendo University Campus - Hospital Reorganization 順天堂大学ｷｬﾝﾊﾟｽ・ﾎｽﾋﾟﾀﾙ再編 | 99m | U/C
This almost 100m tall hospital tower has already seen a fair amount of protest against it's construction, by locals that object it's height. But now after some delays because of the protest a new starting date has been set on March 2012.
Start: March 2012
Complete: November 2015
Hongo 2-chome, Bunkyo-ku

I don't want to sound rough but this isn't Juntendo University Campus stuff, this is Nihon University New Hospital | 日本大学新病院 62m | U/C
It used to be a parking lot and 2 tennis courts, and Nihon University is redeveloping it. It should be complete in march 2014.
http://goo.gl/maps/wSyIy It's just beside, a blank on the map.
I hope the URL works (the address is 千代田区神田駿河台1丁目6番7他 )

By the way, as some people may be interested, this is how the densification of Ochanomizu Area looks like:
On the immediate vicinity of Ichanomizu station, on the southern bank of Kanda river, the number of 60m+ buildings is doubling (from 6 to 12).

Yesterday, from Korakuen/Tokyo dome Amusement Park.
One of the attractions is a kind of air lift. There's space for only two people, standing. It's basically just a small platform between two cables, it brings you up and then down. Not frightening at all and enjoyed by children or teens, but I found it useful to get a view around.
I had just 2 seconds to take pictures, but I manage to bring back this one:)
Also, from ground level:

Picking a completion date for this project is a bit tricky. The whole project won't be finished before the building in front is demolished and the part of the new of the new replacing it is completed. But before that the tower part will be completed and in use.
