I can see Meritus Mandarin from my comp now.
If I go to the top floor of my bolck, I can see the Novena and CBD skyline.
My block is those classic 12 storey ones.

Island Country club is pretty near, and The Inglewood sounds very familiar, though i cannot say i remember that name specifically from anywhere.... I live right next door to Thomson Plaza and about 10 minutes slow walk from the future RJC campus...

the middle one is actually the taken from the corner of my window(180degrees coverage.:D). My room faces directly west.

You see the big piece of land in from of the flats in the first and last pics? They are going to build a huge condo there. Construction has started with the load tests and stuff.

I am going to die of noise...

Yeah I've been dying of noise too, because of the damn hawker centre being built downstairs and taking such an awful long time to get completed. Twas supposed to finish in march, now in may... And I think they won't make it ^^
Seems that noise is a major disturbance in Singapore ;-)

No Idea, they have yet to launch it. Actually, they dimolished an old condo befoe building this one, so even before they start piling, I have already developed a phobia to noise.:D

Can anyone make a guess? The tall trees are actually hiding a hill which houses some very important buildings. The foreground is the compound of a girls-only school. Not Gillman (one of my favourite estates) but further west.

The point block on the top left corner is next to the old Hillview market. The trees hide Gombak Hill. The school in the foreground is CHIJ Bukit Timah, which is next to a huge Catholic church along Upper Bukit Timah Road called St Joseph.

I'm not sure what is the correct name, but I call them bullet-lifts because they're shaped like a bullet ;-)

in their brochure they calle bubble lifts

and they put blue color lights at night make u feel inside bubble ! :D

I've changed placed and now living at a 6th floor instead of 14th... My view is not quite as good as it used to be... But it's a lot quieter now :-) I could go to Redhill again to update my 3-years-ago pano, though ^ ^

There would be the Metropolitan inside now Maybe some new towers near Tanglin? The back view would have changed more but there's no way I can get this one, it was taken from the bathroom ;-)
