New office building on Pyay Rd, near Dagon Centre.Buy Kanbawza Bank. Significant addition to supply in Yangon but small in terms of the future growth over the next 10 years.

This is one of the buildings that will be protected by the government as it was where General Aung San was assassinated. Likely to be a museum of something similar.
