Hey guys, Im doing a research paper for my college English class. I'm trying to find as much information regarding transportation issues in Los Angeles.
I will post the my paper on here when I'm done writing it.
Here are some questions if you can post articles or info regarding any one of topics
The future of La Freeways
The solution to traffic in Los Angeles
The reduction of Smog in Los Angeles
High Speed Train
Other transportation options, (Bike, Rail, Taxi, Bus)
How do you think the traffic problem in L.A can be fixed?

Future of L.A. Freeways: not much. There's a plan to build a 710 tunnel, but that has significant opposition. Most freeways, like the 405, will probably just be expanded, if that.
Bike- L.A. is significantly expanding on their bike lanes. 40 miles a year, I believe, is there goal. go to ladot bike blog for my info on that.
Rail- Tons of stuff. Check out the projects under Metros website. More rail construction then anywhere else in the U.S.

Sorry, not *my* bike blog, I made a typo. I mean the LADOT (Los Angeles Department of Transit) Bike Blog. Just look it up.
