wonderful project. This project has opened up new dimension and new locality for future development. I guess its a first major project on Mangalore-Talapady stretch. There is lot of free empty land after Ekkur Railway Overbridge Bridge. Expecting many such projects like this there

Mangalore is now having international players frm realestate on its turf great.

Mangalore, Nov 2: The foundation stone-laying ceremony of Northern Sky Properties by the JV Builders was held in Ujjodi on Friday November 2 at 9:30 am
On request by the owner, Dheeraj Amin, the project and the brochure were unveiled by his dad, J Seetharam. His wife, Krithin Amin and his uncle Mohan Nbekkaremar were also present on the occasion.

Dignitaries like Suresh Ballal, Ramanath Rai, Rukmaya Poojary, Ivan D’Souza, Shashidhar Hegde, Shreekar Prabhu, K C Naik, Shankar Bhat, Jacintha Borromeo, Rohan Monteiro and others were also present.

As a part of the cultural event, Veena Vadini by a team of artists from Shimoga was also arranged.

Platform Productions took over the total event management. Sahil Zaheer compered the programme.

The Northern Sky Properties is a project that includes 7 acres of land, with 3 towers consisting of 28 floors each.

Looks like this project will use Mivan Technology(fast and effective technology imported from Malaysia),This perhaps is the second only project after SKS to utilize this technology in Mangalore - It is said that Mivan Technoloy is a fast paced construction which will substantially reduce the time taken unlike the brick and mortar, labor intensive conventional construction technique.

Apparently the first phase, foundation, piling will take the longest time and thereafter prefabricated construction will continue in a fast paced mode. So we hope this project will meet the stated target of March 2015 ( Hopefully Unlike Ivory tower,another Flagship project in Mangalore which was supposed to be ready by 2011- However once complete even Ivory Tower is expected to be a fantastic project!)
