Name: Hun Sen Radar Tower
Location: Southern End of Monivong Boulevard, Phnom Penh

This weather radar tower was recently completed at the southern end of Monivong Boulevard, it's quite remarkable looking. The ball has been constructed on the top now and the scaffolding has been taken down.
I took these pictures in late January, I'll try and post ones of the completed structure when I can.
